The Custfit App is built on the principles laid out in Body By Science. It records and tracks your training, automatically recording the Time Under Load (TUL) for each exercise, as well as the total time and rest time for each session.
It takes McDuff's work one step farther by allowing for allowing tracking of resistance levels as a multiplying factor. This enables comparison of workouts over time to better track progress.
You will be able to enter the exact equipment to have to limit the exercises in your library. You will also get recommendations on how to progress as you reach your TUL goals.
Also graphs of your sessions over time will be available to give a visual perspective.
